This original app is now a complete mess as since the last update it no longer remembers if you want to use dark mode or not. As you can see from the reviews it's a common issue. As one of the largest tech companies in the world it beggars belief that they could be this inept when it comes to app functionality and design but they consistently introduce issues with updates.
